Aquiso and Micalli keep their posts
Miguel Aquiso from Switzerland was voted to his second 4-year term as president of SCIJ by 18 votes in the General Assebly of SCIJ during the Morocco SCIJ meeting. His only rival, Frederik Wallace from Canada gave his good opposition by getting as close as within 3 votes.
Roberto Micalli from Italy had no rivals and continues as the Secretary General.
Next SCIJ Winter meetings
The next SCIJ Winter Meeting will be a summer meeting if you look at it from the Northern hemisphere. However , the week 27th of August to 4th of September will be winter in Argentina, where the 57th Winter Meeting will take place.
Most of us have hardly recovered when we cross the Atlantic again when flying to the 58th SCIJ Winter Meeting in Banf, Alberta in Western Canada.
